RidgePointe is ideally situated near wonderful attractions and leisure opportunities like Ridgedale Center, Bunker Indoor Golf Center, Purgatory Park, and so much more! Community & Amenities We are happy to offer outstanding dining and meal options for residents. Our skilled cooks provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and even dessert to satisfy sweet tooths after meals. Ridgepointe is life changing for my dad - the price is right for his extremely limited income, the location is ideal, 24-hr front desk service is fantastic and makes me feel like he is always safe, the apartment is a good size and includes a cleaning service, which he needs, and the free breakfast is just enough food that I know he won't starve when no longer capable of fending for himself. The marketing director, [name removed], is very good at her job. She answered all my multiple questions, assured me everything in the apartment would be fixed, painted, new carpeting installed etc. which it was. I have a small dog which I had to pay a $[fee removed] one time fee . Which I think is a lot but I do understand the need to charge and that not all owners clean up after their dogs. But don't like that my dog can only go on the elevator to get in and out of the building and that I can't sit in the lobby o…

The staff have all been extremely helpful and eager to make sure my client is comfortable and well informed about all things Ridgepointe!! My client wanted the smallest attainment available, but for a slightly higher price she decided to go with a larger 1 bedroom. She was in a waitlist for a few months before she was offered two apartments within a week.
