CriticalOur family member has complained about the food and waiting times with the staff when she needs assistance. She also doesn't enjoy the activities offered. The facility, however, is clean and nice enough (particularly the entrance and rehab spaces). The assisted living and nursing side could use some updating for sure.

CriticalThe view is great and the price was what we needed. I think if people need an option with almost a guaranteed pathway to Medicaid, yes. The transition has not been the smoothest for a variety of reasons. Our family member is well cared for and loves the aides.

PositiveOur family is so grateful for the exceptional care provided by the RiverView Estates Care Team. Their compassion and professionalism are unmatched. They are a kind and compassionate care team to include nurses, CNA’s, therapists, activities coordinator, housekeeping and administrative team. CriticalWhen my mother was in assisted living I would have given a rating of 5/5 but when she was moved to the nursing the rating dropped to a 1/5. My mother resided in assisted living for 9.5 years where the care was exceptional. The last 1.5 years prior to her passing she was in the nursing unit where the care was highly unacceptable.
