Robins Landing at New Berlin

They do not pay their bills

Hire us to repair HVAC system at both locations and never paid their invoice. They have stiffed my others as well. If they dont take care of people who work for them, will they take care of your loved ones?

I toured Robins Landing at New Berlin, and I'm sure the caretakers are really nice. However, I was not impressed. It didn't smell good, the meals looked icky, and the rooms were small and outdated. This community needs a lot of work.

I had a tour with the marketing lady [name removed]. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The building was very clean and the staff introduced themselves during the tour. The plan was to have my father go there, but unfortunately passed away before I could make the move. [name removed] followed up a few days after the tour and offered her condolences, which I thought was very nice. Definitely would recommend this community to a friend.

Friendly and Nice Community

I would tell people to look around. The one thing I feel bad about the meals weren't very good. The food came cold a lot of the time to the residents. The new cook uses spices in the food. There hasn't been any beautician in the community, because of this several residents can't get their hair done. The community and nurses are very nice and friendly. I would really like to thank [name removed] for all her assistance moving my brother into Applewood New Berlin. She went above and beyond making the transition go smooth on moving day. I wasn't able to go into the building but she had the new furniture all setup for him. He just needed to bring in his clothes and some other personal items. [name removed] helped him put things away and organized his room. So far he likes it there. He enjoys getting 3 awesome meals a day. Very friendly staff.

I'm so happy with Applewood of New Berlin. The care my mother is receiving is great. She is kept clean and looks good. Her room is clean and cozy, I never smell urine or have any complaints in that regard. If I have a question or issue they are on top of it. No complaints at all I wish I have had her there sooner.
