No one is perfect, but this place is great. My entrance door from the hallway enters the right side of the kitchen. The kitchen, dining, and living area is 16x25 ft. The kitchen has plenty of cabinet and counter space. It is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, and a large stainless steel refrigerator/freezer. [name removed] gave us an excellent tour. I appreciated watching the residents & staff interact in such a friendly manner. The community areas were beautiful. All appeared to be clean and orderly. Our questions were all answered. And then we were treated to an excellent lunch. This was especially important to me because I have severe food restrictions and wanted the reassurance that I could be accommodated. So far, I rate this facility as a 1st pick.

Appreciative & Understanding

Mom opted for the larger sized single bedroom. The standard size was too small for her and a two bedroom was too expensive. She is under medication management due to previously abusing OTC medication. They do a good job of keeping her medications under control in spite of her insistence that she can do this for herself. Overall, this is a great place. The sales team, administrators, and front desk staff have all been wonderful. The community is always clean, and my mom’s apartment is spacious, comfortable, and overlooks a beautiful courtyard. The activities are great, too. Most of them aren’t really my mom’s thing, but they’re fun, diverse, and the activities staff does an excellent job. My only complaint is the dining room staff. I was not impressed with the facility. Although it is very new, it also felt environmentally cold. They did not have many of the activities I am looking for. There was one or two people that were friendly, but did not get the feeling that the residents were overly friendly. I will not be choosing this as my next home.

It's an impressive new bldg. with all the amenities you could want. Unfortunately ,there were no vacant 2bedroom apartments to see nor ascertain the view out of the windows . For us the surroundings are very important as views can affect one's mood considerably . Our guide was knowledgeable and courteous .
