Overall would recommend

There are a couple of issues that don't sit well. There are no washers and dryers in the apartments. This is daily issue for me. Reminded me of a small liberal arts college town "look". Problem issues...kitchens. too small. Heating (too warm).Etc. The people, resident &staff are WONDERFUL!

While our kitchens may feel cozy to some, they are designed to be fully functional, and many residents enjoy the flexibility of our dining options in our bistro and dining room—offering a convenient break from cooking. In place of in-unit laundry, we provide complimentary laundry rooms on every floor. Not only does this help maximize living space within each apartment, but many residents also find it to be a great opportunity to connect with neighbors and turn a routine chore into a more social, enjoyable experience. We also appreciate your feedback regarding temperature. Each apartment is equipped with its own thermostat, allowing residents to adjust and maintain their preferred temperature. Our team is always happy to work with residents to help them adjust their heat and air conditioning. Thank you again for your feedback—it helps us continue to improve while maintaining the strong sense of community that makes this such a special place to live.

We cannot comment on the meals or dining services as we are unsure. However, what we like the most about the community is the activities, the friendly staff and the options for meals. Yes, we would recommend RosePointe community to other families

Review for RosePointe I

Very clean and accommodating. I would recommend to others.

The residents and staff all made a great effort to learn my name and a little bit about me from the day I moved in. There are many excursions going every week and numerous and varied classes, presentations movies and small group activities. A person can be as busy or as laid back as they want! I sold my car the day I moved in which has worked out just fine. A shuttle bus takes residents to medical appointments, sopping for groceries and other things and takes residents on various excursions. Check it out!!!

An active close-knit, caring community

I’m going on my eighth year here at RosePointe and I still LOVE it here! It’s kind of like living on a college campus. We each have our separate “dorm rooms” (apartments) as well as plenty of common areas and sociable people with which to gather. We have such a full calendar of activities that sometimes you have to choose between multiple events to attend. We’ve got groups that meet around a plethora of interests and hobbies, many of which are facilitated by our own active residents. For example, book club, TED tal…

RosePointe and its residents care for my welfare and well being

RosePointe has been a very welcoming and friendly environment! There are so many choices for residents to actively participate in spiritual, social, physical, and educational activities. We have beautiful grounds where I feel I am in the midst of nature, despite being in a larger city surrounding us. We have concierge service 24-hours per day, providing a sense of safety and security. I feel we take care of one another here, a family that cares and where positive relations are encouraged.
