Rosewood Memory Care

My mom is as happy as she can be with Dementia and that makes us happy for her

Rosewood Memory Care is a good place for mom and I know that she is happy as she can be where she is at. We like them too! They seem to take really good care of their residents! The only complaint we have is that her clothes keep disappearing even though her name is on them.

Wonderful, Caring Staff

I'm very satisfied with the care they are providing my loved one. The staff have been communicative with me about my loved one and when they needed to send my loved one to the hospital. I feel the staff deeply care about the residents.

Mom's happy here

We chose Rosewood because it was an emergency situation and they were able to take her right away. She also had a friend here who had a good experience. The facility is centrally located and the staff here are very friendly and helpful. She is very happy here and I would recommend them.

Highly recommend

We chose Rosewood Memory Care because it was the only one that had an opening at the time when we needed it the most, so we ended up lucking out because it was great. The room sizes here were decent, she was in room where they share the bathroom. The best part about this community was that they were very active with the staff and residents, everyone was outgoing. They had tons of activities provided as well. It was a great place.

I went to tour this facility because I’ve heard a lot of great things from friends who had their loved ones here. Although my friends spoke so highly of this facility, I was not impressed. I don’t think it was as great as they were saying. The atmosphere of the community was more hospital and institutional feeling. The hallways are all narrow, the greeting room is small, and everything just felt so broken up. I don’t think anything here felt free flowing.

A good place

The food is ok and I would give it a rating of seven out of ten. I do think they need more weekend and evening staff. They also do not have a lot of places for the residents to go outside and sit. They do not offer a lot of activities the residents seem to enjoy. They did just hire a part time activities director so I hope things will improve. The community is nice and it is close to family. I would recommend this community if the person is self motivated.
