Several residents with cognitive disorders wandering throughout the facility. Nursing shortage- some holidays no onsite nursing support. CA Latino staff speaks no English very hard to communicate care concerns regarding family resident.

PositiveI like that they make my father feel very comfortable. He's a very sociable, active 87 year old. They make sure he's entertained, they make sure he is ready for all outside appointments and engagement. They call if there's any issues or concerns.

CriticalThe space was generous & usefully designed. Employees were generally friendly but my brother's lack of tact offended some. I wonder if they had been trained to deal with mental issues. Shopping trips (grocery clothing etc)accessibility was limited. I think the food was acceptable and the facility was clean. The staff was friendly when he arrived but he perceived their disapproval after several months. He left there &moved in with relatives.
