Royalton Place

We picked Royalton Place and here is why.

(reason for 8 is expensive). Love this place! They are always super sweet, caring and want the best for my brother-in-law. Reason for choosing Royalton? The memory care wing is connected to the assisted-living area. No separate building. So when he needs that care, it's there. Smaller facility so everyone knows everybody.

This place is so accommodating! Great people, friendly and very helpful. Andrew was very special to have as our tour guide. I liked it so much that I would consider living there myself.

My siblings and myself recently toured Royalton Place. [name removed] was amazing and very informative. The facility was exactly what we were looking for for our dad. After considerable thought and conversation we felt that the location was not the best for all the siblings. We are spread out over a large area so location was going to be key. We are however going to keep it in our list of choices at this time.

Old dated facility. High vacancy presently. Residents not very engaging. Lunch was excellent. Monthly room cost very competitive. Only one two-bedroom unit in the facility.

I toured Royalton last Saturday with [removed name] leading the tour. Everything about Royalton was great, very nice atmosphere and homey. Unfortunately they are strictly private pay without an option to transition to Medicaid. Otherwise I would have chosen Royalton for my brother

My wife and I recently visited Royalton Place in Milwaukie. We pulled in to the parking lot and our tour guide had a parking spot reserved for us with my name on a balloon. We entered the Royalton foyae and were warmly greeted by the staff. Our tour guide was [name removed] and she sat down with us and listened very intently about why I was visiting. My wife and I were there on my Mothers behalf and explained that there might be some special needs for my mother in another 6 monts to a year. She said that would not …
