PositiveI found my home!
I love living in this atmosphere……like a hotel. Facility is behind a locked gate, which makes me feel secure and safe. Everyone is so friendly and there are many things to do here. I am finally at home!

The cleanliness is getting better. And what we like the most about the community is the -Friendliness, activities Improve-keeping a cleaning staff, starting evening group activities (parties etc) later. They start at 4:30. I understand if the staff has to set up it needs to be 4:30 because that's when they leave. But maybe get committees to help set up later. The residents clean up, I'm sure some of us would be happy to set up too. I'll suggest that

Management inept and dismissive of damages, but expert at gaslighting. Repeated storm water in attic. Cosmetic response. Papers get lost. Always get a notarized receipt of anything important. I am by no means the only tenant to jump ship.

New management are people nice. Not enough activities. Spacious apartments, but many maintenance issues. Parking inadequate, floods overtime it rains. Overall I am happy here.

The meals and dining service is not included and I do not know really of any activities they may have going on. The cook outs they told us about sounded lovely. We would recommend the Sage Cobblestone community to other families who made need a place for their loved ones.
