★★★★★
PositiveWe walked in and immediately had a wonderful feeling. Extremely clean. The staff are extremely professional, friendly and genuinely caring. The residents seemed very happy. [name removed] is extremely happy
★★★★★
PositiveThe people, the staff, the residents, and engaged promoters were all very nice and helpful. Although we are not ready to make a move from our local home of 25 years, we were provided with a good idea that we might need more levels of care than provided by Sanford Estates when it will be time for us to move. Otherwise, the accommodations were attractive except for the cost.
★★★★★
PositiveThe people were so sweet! My mother has settled in very nicely. They have been so welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend
★★★★★
PositiveThey were perfect and went above and beyond!!! I would absolutely recommend them. They went above and beyond! My mom had a really bad night and they were waiting for me to fly in and I found [name removed] and her staff sitting with my mom and telling her stories trying to calm her till I got there.
★★★★★
CriticalThe biggest problem was indifferent managers, absent a great deal and bringing in many mentally challenged and those needing. Physical help with no regular caregivers. (I.e[name removed]who could not remember her diapers or bra or to feed her cat and destroyed her apartment with urine and feces on the walls.) She was near my room and I helped where I could but was not there for that.
★★★★★
PositiveI'm not the one living there but from what I've been told the bus doesn't run when it's supposed to or they don't have a driver often. I like that light housekeeping & meals are included. They do events/activities for the holidays. My dad doesn't seem to be the biggest fan of the food but I'm not sure if that's just because it's not his preferences. He's involved in the choir and enjoys it.
