PositiveI'd say we're still 4.5/5 across the board. We really like the staff and the facilities. The Community Relations Director - who is wonderful - just left due to a promotion offer, so we haven't seen who is replacing her yet.

PositiveStaff is good although they seem to have a bit of turnover in the food service help. Posted menus often change. Stephen's mom says she looks forward to having something that's on the menu then they serve something different with no notice. Otherwise we are extremely pleased with the facility. PositiveThe staff is amazing! My dad fell and they were quick to call us and keep us up to date with what was happening...they were diligent about checking in on him during his hospital stay and when he was in rehab.
