CriticalLooks great and they say everything you wanna hear when you're visiting, but when your parent is actually living there, it was terrible care! Not very organized with the care. They make you think the iPads that they have in their room is a great solution, but it's terrible and half the time it doesn't even work and the resident don't even know how to use them. I wish I would've never moved my mother there. I had to move her out. Very Bad experience!!
