The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and the staff are generally kind. It is a suitable option for seniors who are fully independent and primarily need a safe and comfortable living environment. Santa Maria Terrace

SMT is a very fine asst living home for residents. The staff could not be better. They attend to allow needs with their best attraction. They also make a point of finding new activities for and pleasure. I have new lived here for 5 years! Thank you for your attention.

A nice Place to live

As council president I field a lot of issues involving residents. Most complain about cost and lack of some service like medical or the food. I work with all staff as much as possible if I can find them. Service in dining is sometimes slower than need be. I hear complaints occasionally about care givers has of response to the call button at night and weekends.

Over all is acceptable very clean

We need more coherent people to talk with and play games with. Better care of garden roses ect. We need a new bus so we can go to more places like beach to enjoy our surrounding areas. Activity to improve and to have activity person to attend and stay with us are be on time and prepared.
