Seasons at Southpoint

Never in my life have I been to a facility that doesn’t have supplies for these residents. Now I understand that we as family members should supply their personal hygiene products but to hear staff say that they bring in their own laundry detergent to wash these residents clothes with is just insane to me. I never seen a housekeeper there so they expecting staff to do their job and doing housekeeping job. Just sad to me. No Place For Somebody You Love

MY husband was discharged from the ER for medical titration and stabilization, Occupational therapy, and assistance with his personal are. The staff refuses to follow his doctor's orders, gives him incorrect medications, omits some medications he takes, and refuses to offer his CPAP so he stops breathing at night. He had an accident in the shower and feces remained on the floor for two days before I could get someone to disinfect. The dining room tables are unstable and unsafe. With a few exceptions, staff is rude …

[name removed] has the personality and knowledge that made the tour extremely pleasing. She made me feel very comfortable going through a very stressful process.

What we like the most about the community is that the staff are very nice and they do a lot of activities for the residents there. Yes, we would recommend Seasons at Southpoint to other families

Not a Place for my loved one

Never brushed my husband's teeth. He always smelled of urine. Place was frequently not cleaned thoroughly. Some aides were very unprofessional. Med techs were very good.

What they could improve on would be to tidy up building and have more activities for residents.
