CriticalI wished that I had never trusted my dad in their care.
Would you want your loved ones in the care of staff who cuss at them and tell them to shut up OR in the care of staff without proper training in memory care?! Please, PLEASE do your research. If I had only known what this facility was capable of, I would have never put my daddy in their care.

PositiveLove the Staff and Nurses, not the price
The Staff and Nurses have all been wonderful at taking care of my Mom. When we moved in three years ago, the price was great. Its clean, the food is good, and the activities director keeps them busy. However, their costs just went up 44% from last year. How do they expect an elderly alzhiemer's patient be able to pay that much?

When it comes to the activities, there is a lot of time spent in from of the TV. However, what we like the most about Seven Hills is that it is a smaller facility, great nurse-[name removed], great caregiving staff. Based on our experience, I have already recommend this community to other families.
