Nice, competent staff. Good food. Better At Home caregivers has an office on site which gives us an affordable option for extra care for Mom. Slow, less than great maintenance is really the only drawback. Overall we are very happy with Shads Landing.

Critical

We had set up an appointment time to tour the facility. When we showed up we waited 15 -20 mins since Bobby was in and for them to find someone to give us a tour. The tour guide was very informative and we didn’t get pricing sheets. This was our first tour. After visiting several other properties we realized how poor this tour was and didn’t leave me an impression of a place I would consider for my mother.
