Our family's experience

The sales/marketing manager, [name removed], went over and beyond to help us move my mother, [name removed], to Solista. Everyone there was helpful, accommodating, friendly and gracious during this difficult and stressful time. The facility was well cared for and clean and appealing. We appreciated how things were run.

Our experience

It always smells very clean when I enter the building. All the residents that I had encountered seem happy. [name removed] was very caring when I was registering my father in law. He really sees to care a lot about all of the residents. All other staff are friendly when I see the in the halls.

Overall would recommend

We are enjoying our stay at Solista. We have a large efficient apt. We fit a queen bed, 2 large recliners, and 2 nightstands, large chest and still have room to wonder with our apt. Room has full bath with a great shower with plenty of closets. We have a full time activity director who is great to keep us moving. I only have one complaint is the food at this time. Solista is going through some staff turnover at this time but I that will be resolved in a week. We have a great staff here. Everyone looks after each o…

Good fit for mom

Overall, the facility is a nice place for my mother. She enjoys the residents, the atmosphere and the staff

I was so impressed with all that this facility presented, that after a lengthy search, this is the place my mother will live in. I guess that says it all. I can't say enough good things about [name removed] and the effort that he makes to create a feeling of caring and love for the residents and the prospective residents. It was a harrowing experience, but not after being hosted by him and his staff.

The staff is friendly. [Name Removed] has been very helpful. Facility is clean although maintenance is lacking sometimes. The elevator has malfunctioned the last two times I've been there to visit Mom, and Mom has a window screen outside her room that has been hanging askew now for about a month.
