PositiveThis is an upscale residence with beautiful furnishings. In addition, the staff was professional and knew the names of all the residents we encountered. I was happy to see residents interacting with each other in common areas. The program director was very personable and was planning a variety of activities for the residents. I loved that she took suggestions of places the residents wanted to go and added those trips into the activity schedule.

Overall the staff has been very kind and helpful. The dining experience is occasionally challenging. There is a long wait for food. Family and friends were impressed with the cleanliness. One of the washers where mom is assigned to do her laundry has been broken since she moved in. Mom is adjusting well and is satisfied with the overall experience.
