CriticalWent to visit a family member and there was 3 ladies who shouldn't work there, they where loud and also was cursing, their names was [name removed] not sure what her last name was but moving on to [name removed] she was very loud and screaming making my mother very uncomfortable, and the last lady [name removed] who was also a bully when I was there, These 3 ladies aren't professional and they shouldn't be working there

CriticalThe nursing staff, orderlies and attendants were great. They were very friendly toward my father. The administration was horrible. There was no communication. If you tried to reach them, they would not get back to you for days. My father fell and got hurt and they failed to notify me. I also felt like the employees could not get their work done because of the administration.

CriticalMom and I toured this community and it was ok. It was closer to home than some of the others. We just didn't care for the set up, not exactly what we were looking for.

CriticalOverall the staff is very friendly, but I wish that they were a little more responsive and better with communication. Sometimes I reach out and it takes them a while to get back to me. The issues I bring up are not always addressed in the correct manner. They are very caring and friendly, when I am there visiting I see them interacting well with all of the residents.

PositiveI was looking for some place clean and comfortable and that was close by and affordable and this fit the bill. I know that they have a lot of activities provided for the residents, things like arts and crafts, game rooms, etc. Even when she would not go they would bring stuff to her room to try and keep her engaged, she is participating more now though which is nice. I have not eaten the food but they give her a good plate full and she does not complain. I do think it would be helpful if they could bring snacks aro…

CriticalThis was one of the most depressing tours we took. It looks like a converted war building and has no views. The facility itself is in an odd setting and feels dark and depressing when you walk in. I made eye contact with one of the residents and she just shook her head no at me like she was telling me not to put my loved one there. The positive about this facility is that they can help low income families and they take Medicaid to help those who need it. It was definitely not the right fit for my loved one.
