My aunt entered Waterford in May and now I finally have peace of mind in knowing that she is being well taken care of...from eating properly and bathing. She is also involved in their daily activities which is a far cry from her being alone in her apartment all day.

What our family likes the most about The Waterford is the friendliness and how the staff members are always so helpful. Our father has a large group of friends he socializes with daily. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

My husband was there for over two years in memory care. I hired private care as well. His window was not sealed properly and it rained in on his rug. They would not change the rug nor fix the window which they promised to do, On the day he died that night there was a torrential rain. It’s true he was in the final stages of Alzheimer’s disease but since I was unable to be there that day I don’t know how bad the rain affected the room. CriticalLooks beautiful from the outside. But don't judge a book by its cover.
I was not impressed with The Waterford. The care was below average. I was disappointed in what they had available for activities. Family is not allowed to go into the dining room to eat with their loved ones. The food they brought to her room did not look good. I took my mom out of there after a couple of weeks. It was a bit cheaper than where she's at now, but you get what you pay for.

It's very clean. They are very good. I have had a positive interaction with the staff. There is no complaints about the food. My loved one has enjoyed the activities. They are very responsive, attentive, and have been very proactive with communicating with the family. Overall, I would recommend to other families.
