PositiveThe Staff was polite friendly and respectful. They took very good care of my Aunt. She really couldn't walk that well and used the wheelchair most of the time. Food was ok. Rooms were clean and spacious. The building itself could use an upgrade updated elevators etc...but everything is an expensive.
★★★★★
CriticalAt Belvedere the room sizes seem bigger than most places. It is very clean with a more modern feel than a lot of places I saw. They are about to do some renovations so they like to keep the building up to date. They have 2 activity rooms and Wi-Fi throughout the facility. The staff is very friendly though they seem to be a little understaffed on weekends and holidays. The food is ok but [Name Removed] doesn't really enjoy it so I would say the food is adequate. CriticalMy experience with belvedere wasn't!! Good!! First the staff are very rude they don't take care of the seniors as they should the management isn't professional they're very rude then on the other hand there's only one aide at night to look after the seniors the place is run for all that money to pay it's not worth it to honest I won't even put my pet at belvedere they're a 0 star for me!!!

PositiveWhen I was visiting the Belvedere, I saw the several staff interacting with residents. The were very friendly and attentive. The residents seemed to very happy. The resident I was visiting had nothing but good things to say.

PositiveWhen I came to visit my family member at the Belvedere , I immediately felt a sense of comfort and reassurance. The atmosphere was warm, calm, and welcoming, and it truly felt more like a home than a facility. The caregivers were kind, attentive, and genuinely caring, taking the time to speak with residents and treat them with respect and dignity. Seeing the personalized attention my loved one received gave me peace of mind, knowing they are safe, supported, and cared for with compassion. Every visit leaves me feel…

PositiveI recently visited a relative in The Belvedere, and I walked away feeling incredibly relieved and impressed. Finding the right place for a loved one is a heavy task, but the atmosphere here is exactly what we were hoping for. From the moment I walked in i didn’t feel like a sterile clinical environment; it felt like a community. The caregivers weren’t just "doing their jobs"—they were genuinely engaged in conversations with the residents, who looked happy, well-cared for, and—most importantly—at home. If you are l…
