Family member experience after almost 1 year, overall would recommend.

Facility is wheelchair accessible in all areas. Staff is very helpful, friendly, maintenance of facility is very well maintained, and clean in every area; the activities are safe, with varied excellent activities for residents to participate voluntarily. Holidays are celebrated monthly. The professional staff and management are helpful, and any questions or concerns are explained, handled, in a timely manner. Solstice at Rio Norte Review

We rated facility and he has adjusted well. My brother is happy and satisfied with Solstice on East El Paso location. He is in his own 1 bedroom , private bathroom, kitchen area, and living area apartment with weekly room cleaning, and 3 daily meals in large common dining area. He enjoys with fellow residents, has access to hair stylist for haircut by appointment , and participates in group activities he chooses to attend, and staff is available to assist him for any questions or requests, like maintainence .

My father in law just moved in, and he couldn’t be happier! We loved the place from the moment we toured the facility.

Facility has open area seating for meals. The atrium is nicely decorated . The rooms are spacious and well designed. The grounds are attractive and well kept. Overall, it is very comfortable and welcoming.

My Uncle lived there for 4 years age 95 to 99. He very much enjoyed it. The employees were great and the nursing staff was excellent. Good food, great residents and wonderful staff is what he got at Solstice. Plenty of activities with alot of happy people. GREAT place for your loved ones.

Each and every staff member was very helpful and you could tell their goal is to help each and every resident. My uncle had a one room studio and it was the perfect size for his needs. Everything he needed was provided. The facility even made accommodations for him for any special needs he had
