She gets a great deal of attention. Staff always calls everyone by name and is very responsive to needs. Staff made a point of introducing my mom to others. This facility is the right choice for my mom and she is content. They are providing her good care and that is the most important. I do not worry for her.

It's a smaller facility which gives it a homey feel. Head staff was good to look into issues that we brought to their attention. Dad didn't care for meal choices, but that could be personal preference.

My friend is looking for a facility for her mom. After looking at several online, she chose Trustwell. When we got there, first thing we noticed was there wasn’t a ‘nursing home’ smell. I went to see a friend that hadn’t seen in a while. I noticed there was a door bell. It was answered by your Maintenance Director [Name Removed]. He explained a bit about the renovations being made and to excuse any thing that may look out of place. He was very thorough and made sure to mention that they take their time to beautify the property for the residents. If anyone asks me to recommend a place, this is the facility I’m going to recommend. Thanks again[Name Removed].

Such a good facility the workers are amazing very helpful one worker that stood out to me was [Name Removed] such amazing help great with the residents very respectful and kind the facility is very clean and organized overall such a incredible facility I recommend you take a tour to see for yourself .
