Criticalroom for improvement with great outdoor area
Positives: They allow complete freedom of their residents, smoking areas, great property grounds with out door areas and large trees. Negatives: The building is old it has a-lot of problems. They don't fix the problems for extended periods of time. Its a 6 out of 10 on cleanliness.

My father in law passed away in November while living at Springfield Senior Living. I would never send another relative to that place and would not recommend it. My father in law was not the nicest and easiest person to get a long with sometimes but there were many things that were fundamentally bad about Springfield. The facility is overall dirty and mice infested and many things are in need of repair such as the main elevator rarely worked. The director is clueless and doesn't do much; he says he will do somethi…

If you are desperate for a spot for your family member and they are on a budget this is a nice place. Older and doesn't have all the bells and whistles but for what it is its nice. Staff are always nice when I'm there visiting.
