Living Options and Amenities Independent living apartments range from around 600 square feet to over 1100 square feet, with one-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans. Assisted living residences are all private suites with private bathrooms. Memory care residents live in well-appointed studios, including a full bath, in specialized neighborhoods. Care Types Offered Springwell operates an assisted living program , which in the state of Maryland is a residential- or facility-based program that provides housing and supportive services, supervision, personalized assistance, health-related services, or a combination that meets the needs of residents. An assisted living program may have a special care unit to care for residents with dementia. Springwell Inspection Reports
