PositiveI wish I had known about it for my parents. It has a feeling of being a 'home' rather than a facility. Individual bedroom with shower/toilet. All ground level . Each cottage has its own kitchen. Center of each cottage has the kitchen, dining area, 'and living room for tv .

PositiveOverall, our experience at The Cottages has been a good one. My mother has dementia and is still in Assisted Living. We have been here for [date removed] years. The management team is A+. Great communication. Personable. Caring. Can't say enough good things about them. The nursing care is excellent. Activities are good, both in Assisted Living and Memory Care. Meals are ok. PositiveFrom the beginning to the end of the process of moving my Mother in law from Georgia to Maryland was as smooth as it gets! They were so helpful and did so much for us. They are very informative and knowledgeable as to helping us and leading us through. Highly recommend The Cottages of Perry Hall. Our mom loves it there. ??

Bathrooms could be cleaner. Most are friendly, patient with residents with dementia. When I ask for medical care (podiatrist, wound nurse), requests are honored. He was receiving PT and OT but recently haven't heard if this has continued. Biggest issue is other residents taking his belongings. He has lost blankets, sweatshirts, pillow, sweatpa…
