CriticalLack of care, and coordination provided during my mother’s time under the care of St. Mary’s. I have previously raised many of these concerns with various staff members; however, the gravity of what occurred in her final days compels me to document them formally. During what was already an incredibly difficult and emotional time for our family, there was a significant lack of proactive communication regarding my mother’s health status, changes in condition, and overall care in the days leading up to her passing. PositiveEvery single person I have encountered or spoken to has been so kind, thoughtful, anticipating mom's needs!

PositiveI feel they have shown true care and compassion for Pat. Understanding her limitations & simple needs are key. They have achieved that. I appreciate the staff & the love that's shown. In the beginning I was skeptical- I'm not now. I feel like they are a great fit for what we were looking for in her care.

PositiveMy brother recently moved into St. Mary’s Villa PCU. The move was easy and everyone was friendly and helpful. He is adjusting, but so far everyone has made him feel welcome. Well done! I am hoping to see more activities for the residents.
★★★★★
CriticalWe thought the staff & administration were lacking in patient care, activities were minimal, food, dining, cleanliness & room size were acceptable. The facility seemed very dated & dingy
★★★★★
CriticalThere is no real onboarding process. It would be good to have a checklist and evaluate needs in a structured manner. It was a bit haphazard and only certain options/services appeared available after asking a lot of Qs. Activities are a bit redundant- Same thing each week. But they are ok enough. External activities would be nice. Food is fine - just nothing special.

Current CMS-certified nursing-home provider record; classification does not imply current admission availability.
Authoritative classification evidence · observed August 21, 2026Listed in the Pennsylvania Insurance Department's weekly Continuing Care Retirement Community facility search.
