Not as good as the costs would indicate

My mother is a patient in memory care there, and had a spell where she was very woozy and dizzy. All the nurses did was put her in a wheelchair and baby sit her at the nurses' desk! No calls to the medical director or the nurse practitioner--maybe her meds needed managing? The nurses did not call any of the siblings to notify us, and refused to give us any information about her. She seems to be left alone all day long, and I don't believe she is involved in anything there. It's hard getting the nurses to come give …

Excellent care overall.

I have recommended Stones River Manor highly. My stepfather was there. I was very happy with them. I looked at a lot of places and Stones River Manor was the best fit. They were very cost-effective. They had live music in the dining hall and my stepfather really liked that.

Excellent place

My mother stayed at Stones Manor for 6 months in the assures care unit. I have been a nurse for 30 years in middle TN and I must say this is the BEST facility I have ever seen. Clean, tastefully decorated, kind staff, excellent care, delicious food and amazingly I had zero complaints. I feel if she had been ANYWHERE else I would not be able to say the same. Nice Community

Stones River Manor, Inc is a very nice and clean community. Our loved one is still busy tying up loose ends with the sale of her home so she has not gotten a chance to get acclimated and settled in yet. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Maintenance has been a little slow in getting her Wi-Fy hooked up. Other than that so far everything is good. She likes the meals that they prepare, there seems to be enough variety and choices. Thank you for your courtesy and great recommendation! I am sure you know that our WiFi expansion did not not make it through the process without some hiccups, but we stuck with it until we got it right and it's running at full speed now. We're proud of our kitchen and the excellent menus that we offer. We've recently added The Cafe Darlene where sandwiches, snacks, desserts and other items may be ordered between regular meal times. We've also expanded our menu and are constantly finding ways to improve.

This place is the #1 place to live. Everyone is so kind and helpful! It is kept so very clean and has a great many activities going on!!! The food is just great!!! All the staff are upbeat and happy!!! I am proud to live here!
