PositiveStoryPoint has been really helpful with getting grandma closer to a base line similar to before she got sick. They take care of her and the admin staff communicate with us as much as possible, which we appreciate. They've had some consistent turn over since we've been with them, though, but the admin staff have worked to remain consistent with how they support our family. That would be my feedback for improvement.

PositiveMy mom is in the memory care unit and couldn’t be happier. The staff is attentive, and the facilities are first rate. We couldn’t be happier with the decision to have mom come here. Every staff member we interact with is friendly and very welcoming. If you’re looking for a place for yourself or family member who needs additional this is your place.

CriticalThe initial meetings, on boarding process, staff we met were great. However, since she moved in there have been multiple people fired and other staff turnover that seems to be a consistent issue resulting in poor coverage and care. My mom has to wait for an hour, sometimes longer for someone to take her to the bathroom or bring her food. She's been yelled at and mistreated.
★★★★★
PositiveThey still have the medical director position open. This is a problem because the role-fillers are not appropriately qualified. The floor staff, kitchen staff, front desk, and activities staff = all wonderful! The sales staff is great. Excellent cleanliness, except that the residences are not cleaned (trash cans) frequently enough. Dining experience is rudimentary but the food is good, service is good.
★★★★★
PositiveEveryone is very friendly and they all know you. The facility is new and clean. There is a lot of turnover in staff but I understand that happens a lot in other places, but the staff have stayed are excellent.
★★★★★
CriticalThere is a huge staff turnover of administration, activity, care staff and dining/custodial staff. While staff is very kind, my mothers care is not consistent. Staff is not informed of care and it is not monitored and enforced. It has been a very frustrating experience.
