My son and I were treated to lunch then we saw the type of room I would be in and they answered all my questions. They were redoing everything in my room and the price was very reasonable. I signed a week later and been happy ever since

92 yr old Mom is loving life again!

The care services doesn't apply for mom because she is in independent living and doesn't receive care. Food= I'd give it a 4 based on what mom tells us. She says they are running out of things more often. Everything else I'll give a 5! Mom really likes it there and is very happy! She's made friends, participates in activities and always has good things to say about the employees, especially [name removed] that is her housekeeper.

Great Place

It's a new experience to live with so many people. Being waited on for meals is very nice. Most people are friendly. I enjoy having activities and playing cards and poker. The staff here is excellent.

Nice place, great people, friendly staff

My friend has been here for a little while now. He seems to really enjoy the facility. The staff is friendly and attentive. The building is very clean. There are many activities to keep the residents busy.

I am a contracted Dance Fitness instructor, seated for the residents. The staff is friendly, helpful, engaging and thoughtful. The facility is always clean, picked up and especially decorated for different holidays.

My parents new home

My parents who are both long time residents of Strongsville, did not want to leave the area, found their new home at StoryPoint Strongsville. StoryPoint offers meals, laundry, beauty, religious, therapeutic (both physical and mental)activities, cleaning and so much more. They have maintained my parents independence and have given them a new circle in their social life. StoryPoint even assists with onsite therapy and care assistance if needed.
