Administrative Staff- Original staff there when we made the decision to place our loved one there was great. Since the turnover, we haven't had any contact. Any contact I've had with the staff has been wonderful. They have always been responsive. I know from my MIL there has been a lot of turnover. I don't know details but I do know it takes time to train and get things running smoothly. I think it would have given her more peace of mind if changes were communicated from Story Point rather than word of mouth fr…

The staff are kind and attentive. The food is fantastic. The facility is a good value for the money. My only recommendation is to have more activities for the memory care people. That's a little sparse right now.

CriticalReview for Provision Living at Crown Ridge
The administration is very helpful and accessible which I appreciate. The dining options are lacking a bit although they seem to be making some changes so hopefully it will improve. The biggest concern is the caregivers. As in most places there is a general disconnect between what is supposed to happen and what actually does. More staff and better training and communication is needed. The facility is very nice so waiting to see if StoryPoint will make improvements to care.
