Excellent meals, friendly staff. More activities would be appreciated. I would recommend Summerfield. Off the four independent adult living places I've lived in Summerfield, by far, surpasses all of them; friendlier staff, better food. They have ground down sidewalk "lips", thus eliminating tripping hazards. Merrill, on the other hand, recognized the lips as a hazard and painted the lips red, which were mostly faded to such a degree they were mostly invisible.
