PositiveMy sister who is looking for a new home took a virtual tour which was set up by her son who lives in the area. She said that the staff focused mostly on the folks who were in person. The staff was cordial and the facility looked nice.

I am assisting my cousin who is a resident there. She doesn't care for the food and and since she doesn't eat in the dining area she get her food after the dining area is finished. I gave a 4 because the nurse and office staffs normally are available to answer any questions or concerns I may have. My cousin seems to be adjusting okay she may have a different opinion than me. She also has a sitter for a few hours Monday through Friday which helps.

We toured SummerHouse for a loved one. Everyone was so welcoming and it has a home like atmosphere. The community was clean and decorated beautifully for Christmas. They had live entertainment and residents were smiling, dancing and having a good time!
