I think it's a nice, small town community with people who live in the area. They're very friendly and small town and understanding. I would recommend it. My only criticism would be that originally they told us it was not a maid service, but once a week, they would do the bed linens and towels, mop the floors, dump the trash, etc. A week is a long time in between cleanings, especially when your loved one can't really do much of anything for themselves. I would say it was more messy than dirty, so it was fine overall…
