★★★★★
PositiveI'm gonna say 4.5 and the reason for that is when we first got there, they were missing a activity Director and the woman that I was dealing with [name removed]. I just left so there was a little confusion for just a short time but the staff was absolutely wonderful. Work with me. took very good care of my mom and if she hadn't had her dementia getting a lot worse we would've never left. We had to go to a memory care. probably the last couple weeks is when they got new director and a new activity Director, but I wo…
★★★★★
PositiveMany times the food is carb-heavy, making it difficult for diabetic residents. The staff is friendly, but they are short-staffed most weekends and mornings. They need to add more variety to the food menu.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff make all the difference. I would recommend to others. My mother enjoyed it there before she passed.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff is helpful and friendly, but there is not a nurse on campus all the time.
★★★★★
PositiveMaintenance and repairs of sprinkler damage, hvac, heat going out are pushed down the road with only temporary fixes. Maintenance staff get a 1 Meals are cafeteria style meals, not sure they can do much else. Elderly diets are limited to more bland foods. The interior courtyard is hideous. There are weeds, spiders, dust covering everything.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff is friendly and accommodating. My mother isn’t the easiest to get along with at times, and I feel they do their best. The food is OK, but I know they should get more variety. Sunabella stays relatively clean. I haven’t noticed anything in the main parts. We did buy a broom and swiffer for my mother’s room to clean in between her floors getting mopped. The staff shares hugs freely and some staffers really show their care, concern and love.
