My comments about staff healthcare... The healthcare provided by the staff is terrible. Communication is almost nonexistent, and there are frequent medication mix-ups. It can take weeks just to get a simple answer or follow-up, which is extremely frustrating when health concerns are involved. I constantly felt ignored and had very little confidence that issues were being handled properly or in a timely manner. I would not recommend this place for anyone who truly needs dependable healthcare or medical support. In…

Communication isn't great. Attention to medications is poor. Most staff seem nice and attentive. Others could be better. Administration needs better organization and communication with the families. Beautiful facility but hasn't been great with administering care for a man who has high-care needs. Very expensive.

The facility is very nice, clean and homey The staff seem to be attentive although my friend says they do not respond when she presses her call button. But I cannot verify the accuracy of that comment. Food appears to be good and served nicely. Nursing is responsive to my inquiries and tries to resolve problems,.
