Sunrise of New City

Lovely, bright place. Saw 2 floor plans. Large window in each. Bathrooms were large & each apt has kitchenette. Thoughtful planning of finishes. Studio was like a spacious hotel room, with room for everything a single person would need. 2 bedroom was perfect but pricey. The 1 bedroom, which I only saw on paper, was my least favorite - it had the big window in the bedroom but none in the living area. And because the entry door opened on the living area it would be odd to switch the function of the rooms. Several sma…

An Ideal Place for My Mom.

The staff is amazing and the facility is lovely. The apartment available for my mom is far beyond any others we saw.

We liked that it was not a large facility. The nurse and so called social worker on the same floor as the residents apartments.. Studio apartment was smaller than other facilities we had seen. [name removed] was prepared and answered all of our questions.

Warm, friendly care

The billing is confusing because you're always a month behind. The local people are very helpful though. Sometimes you have to really push if you want to look at new meds or things that are outside of the regular routine. They can be very slow. Overall though, its a lovely facility, they are warm people and they really try to make your family member feel at home.

I can't say enough about the facility and staff. I was very sad about having to put my mother in a memory care facility, but they are absolutely wonderful. The staff is very attentive. The facility is clean and very comforting. When I leave there after visiting my mom, I'm comforted in knowing she is in good hands. I would highly recommend them.
