The facility was great- the staff were all very kind and respectful. My mother is a difficult person to deal with on a daily basis and they handled her care with grace and skill. The staff were clear communicators and managed her care very well. The building was well laid out, the apartments were large and well laid out. Highly recommended this community.

Challenges with medications and billing

Quite a few things that aren't going well but a lot that are. They can't get a bill right, unprepared for meetings, the ball was dropped on transportation for a doc appt and they aren't reminding her and checking if she needs any of the as needed meds. She also has memory issues. By the time she asks for them she's desperate. The meds have been changed to every 6 hrs but it's still not happening. Everyone is nice and resuscitation far. The facility is clean and pretty. Billing is not done in house and they struggle…

Our guide was friendly and personable. The tour was informative, and I felt like we got a good overview of the facility. The residents seemed happy and engaged, and staff members were pleasant. Overall, a positive impression!

We had a wonderful tour, they were very accommodating for a same day scheduled tour. Everyone there was very friendly and kind.

Overall Pleased

Positive-Happy staff, very caring, great medical oversight Negative-many clothes lost despite name on all, she has many clothes that show up in closet, not hers, no name in them. Dressed in those clothes even though 3 sizes too small.
