Terrabella combines their independent and assisted living folks. Unfortunately they cater to the independent level versus the assisted living folks when it comes to activities and processes. I would not recommend for assisted living folks that are at the lower end of the cognitive scale. Ones that are closer to independent then maybe but certainly not the other end.

My mother began in the assisted living and then moved to memory care. We had problems from day one with basic care needs consistently slipping through the cracks. Terra Bella is a revolving door of underpaid under trained staff. The food is awful and very few people really seem to care and those don’t usually stay for long. If we could give a higher rating for the friendliness of the staff, I would. Overall a great facility and great fit for mom. Overall a very nice environment, the staff is super friendly and helpful, the facility is clean and bright, and there is enough to keep residents busy but not overwhelmed. I do wish there were some cultural outings, maybe once a month going to a music or theatre event, etc. they do bring people in occasionally and that is very enjoyable for the residents.
