My mom is very happy living here. She has made several friends and enjoys spending time with them. She also has a volunteer job in the library, which gives her a sense of purpose and keeps her active. She says the food is very good, and the staff always take great care of her whenever she needs assistance. There are plenty of fun and engaging activities that keep her interested, entertained, and looking forward to each day.

I have been extremely pleased with Terraces Kingwood. [name removed] is amazing most of the staff is amazing. The apartment size is perfect for my dad he has a studio so he didn't need much room. The grounds are kept up with very well. The staff in the dining area are all very nice.

I think that the wait staff in the dinning needs improved. Sometimes my mom has to wait on her food forever! It seems mostly on the weekends. Also, sometimes when I am eating there, it takes somebody a long time to even come take our order.

I can say being able to get a hold of staff the couple times I had to get a hold of management. It was not easy, but they were very supportive. The couple times that I've gone to the kitchen to get food for my sister, they are so nice. They're repainting it right now and new carpet and everything but even before that it was beautiful and they were repainting it so it's even cleaner the size of the room that my sister has she has a one bedroom with the Living room. It's bigger than she needs with a little kitchenett…
