PositiveEveryone who interacted with myself and my father-in-law were very polite and caring. Always kept us informed of any situation. Facility is very clean and the Memory Care unit is very secure. PositiveThe biggest issue was that they inappropriately accepted our loved one based on his level of capabilities. However, we would In a heartbeat recommend The Blake to other families if it's a fit!

PositiveThe food quality and taste have gotten worse over the last six months. My dad informed me that he was served a seafood gumbo with no seafood. He is finding smaller quantities of food and little seasoning. I have considered taking him to look at other places. He doesn't want me to complain but agreed I could if I was asked. Great people. They take good care of him. The only issue is the food. It was fantastic when we first moved him in.
