The overall experience was good. We had a hiccup with the meds not being ordered and my dad being a few days without. The nursing staff addressed promptly. The rooms and grounds are nicely laid out. Staff seems attentive. The area that needs work is dining options. The only hot foods are a cheeseburger and chicken tenders. When you have a resident that doesn't eat salads, pasta, hot dogs having a cheeseburger and tenders multiple days was hard. We had to order dinner from uber eats multiple days. My dad is a loner…

Room size was adequate. Mom was in for respite care and she had plenty of room in the bedroom and bathroom. The management staff was polite and helpful. They were responsive to questions and returned phone calls within 24 hours. The kitchen and dining rooms staff were wonderful and so were the caregivers. Mom loved the people and made some friends right away. The bingo, worship services and other day time activities were engaging and mom enjoyed them.
