Mom Really Likes It There!

They are all 5 except of course we wish is was less expensive. But it is a great place. It is more than just clean. It is a lovely yet comfortable environment which is what we initially thought about it when we initially visited it. My mother (and us)feels very positive about about the facility and staff. It is clean and the staff provides excellent service and care.

The staff are very helpful and friendly! I think they could improve on their food and the activities provided for the residents.

After careful consideration, we made the difficult decision to move my mother from our home to a memory care unit in November 2023. We chose The Chelsea at New City (Atria). Our decision was made with the help of the Community Sales Director who guided us through every aspect of the process and continued to keep in touch with us over the past 5 months. Something this community could work on to improve the experience is simple - do not lie. We would not recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had with Atria New City

I toured this facility. It was beautiful and new and huge, however it was way too big for Mom. She needed a cozier community. The price was way more, as well.
