PositiveFamily Experience
Food is mediocre. Staff is great. Would like to see more activities for my mom in a wheelchair. Also, the kitchen bar is very high; lower "island" would be more helpful. Additionally, ADA apartments would be helpful.

PositiveThe Conservatory is a very attractive community and on my second visit I was again was very impressed with what is offered. The apartments for independent living are spacious, the dining room is bright and very well set up, and the overall surroundings very pleasant.

PositiveMy tour began with lunch in the dining room; the food was very good, and there were many options to choose from. The sales associate was very helpful and thorough in explaining both the amenities offered and the discounts available. The most impressive amenity is that I can move in on the "Independent Living" tier and, if necessary, transition to the "Assisted Living" tier without moving to a different apartment or floor. The facility is truly an all-inclusive program. The only negative for me was that the facility…
★★★★★
Positive5, yes because the whole process was up front and easy and the facility is clean and gives a decent meal option for every meal. The apartments are large and roomy and have a wonderful balcony. The people living there are friendly and encourage each other to get up and out and to do things daily.
★★★★★
PositiveI am much happier in The Conservatory. The Conservatory is beautiful, inside and out. Many choices for floor plans. Food is delicious with varied menu. There are many different exercise classes and card games, dominoes etc. to help residents be physically fit and mentally alert.
★★★★★
PositiveMy dad has been very happy with his experience so far. My dad and I looked at five places last January and he liked the location and appearance of The Conservatory the most.
