We had some issues in the beginning with them handling my mom and she has been in the hospital twice already, once for falling in the bathroom. I wish we'd had the money for a more expensive place. She says the food is good but she's bored. I know it's memory care but they sit around in the common area and sleep with the tv on. They don't have exercise or anything in that side.

The employees are all very nice and very helpful. She sleeps a lot more than most. But they do try to get up and sitting in the living room. She can't see very well, so she doesn't seem to socialize, as I had hoped. She seems comfortable there. She seems to get enough to eat. And if she wants a treat or snack, I have plenty things for her. And they seem to get her something! Clothes are done properly. The cleaning crew does not do a very good job.
