CriticalThe apartments are very small, even though they say "no smoking" the hallways smell like cigarette smoke, The staff is kind but the grounds aren't kept up and have a foul sewer smell in the parking lot.
★★★★★
PositiveSet up an appointment... Have your questions written out.... Have an immediate family member with you... The staff worked well with me and my family.

PositiveFor seniors on a limited budget (basically SSA), I would like to see the rent lowered, but otherwise I'm very pleased overall. The staff and residents are very friendly. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. My husband and I feel safe here.
★★★★★
Positivehey are an apt complex that caters to seniors which is very different than most places. Sure, I would recommend The Grand to other families as long as it is understood what it is and what it isn't (apt complex rather than a senior living facility)
