Kind staff, but apartments are small and upkeep needs improvement

The apartments are very small, even though they say "no smoking" the hallways smell like cigarette smoke, The staff is kind but the grounds aren't kept up and have a foul sewer smell in the parking lot.

Would highly recommend!

For seniors on a limited budget (basically SSA), I would like to see the rent lowered, but otherwise I'm very pleased overall. The staff and residents are very friendly. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. My husband and I feel safe here.

Well managed apartment community for seniors

hey are an apt complex that caters to seniors which is very different than most places. Sure, I would recommend The Grand to other families as long as it is understood what it is and what it isn't (apt complex rather than a senior living facility)
