PositiveAll the personnel are very friendly and helpful. Only real problem was lack of communication and confusion with sales/admin staff when moving in, and problems with billing that have taken too long to get resolved.

PositiveMy dad was a reluctant resident at first. The staff arranged for him to sit at a table with other guys so he didn't feel awkward at meals. He quickly got involved in a few activities thanks to [name removed], one of the activities directors. Before we knew it, he was going to almost everything they offer - candy bingo, morning exercise, men's breakfast and lunch bunch (both where they go out to eat). He is doing so much more physically and socially than he was doing at home. There are so many organized activities!…
