[name removed] from a place for Mom was a 10+ and that resident is settling in to his new home. Any memory care is a huge adjustment but they try to make it as seamless as possible. There are many great features which attracted us to the Harbors. The executive staff have been amazing terrific, and extremely responsive and it's clean and maintained and they keep the residents busy. Critical"AVOID"
AVOID The Harbors. Maybe let people know that when you are told there is a nurse on-site 24/7, this is NOT true. Even the on-call nurses don't respond. No, do not put my name on review; I'm still waiting on a refund that was due a year ago July that was promised by [name removed] that I have not received; I know I won't. I gave up trying; all she says is she's checking on it and nothing happens. I hope it helps others to not choose The Harbors.

PositiveMet with the director of the facility and felt like I could talk to her all day! She was very welcoming and knowledgeable, I felt very comfortable with her and knew when it’s time for dad to move in he will be in good hands. The food looked great when seeing it presented and the CNA that I stopped in the hall to just talk and get their opinion was so friendly! They were getting ready for resident party and everyone was in great moods and the residents all looked excited! I felt this is my number one choice!

The activity planner is awesome. Exciting outings and indoor entertainment daily M-F. Fabulous. Friendly. The food is prepared for all diets, hand-made food and although it can lack flavor due to diet restrictions of salt and sugar, the food is well balanced with great portion sizes.
