5 on ALL of them, they are great! Can't believe such a place exists that is so caring! However, what we like the most about the community is the longevity of staff over a period of YEARS. Director, [name removed]. She is very responsible and responsive to issues.

My mother was at the facility for 2 weeks. It was not a good fit. It is a nice facility and most of the staff were kind. However, the director was very rude and condescending when I told her I would be moving my mom. She then took it upon herself to disparage us. I still don't have my refund from the days she told us we would be refunded. My calls and emails remain unanswered.

What we like the most about New Haven is the friendliness. They are able to keep key staff for long several years, ability to communicate with the director when needs arise, their coordination with patient's doctor for appointments, food is very good. When I have expressed a need it is acted on quickly. My client is happy there!

We find the Executive Director and the Social Director excellent in engaging with the residents. The housekeeping could be better. Mom has a little throw rug that hasn't ever been cleaned (I used a vacuum on it that was left outside of her apartment once). The laundry isn't done as regularly as may be needed. I've had to point out dirty clothes that Mom has tucked here and there. All in all, we are pleased. We would recommend New Haven to others.
