Great place for seniors

The Hendrickson is a new building. Each unit has great natural light, up to date kitchens and washer dryers. Underground parking spaces are available. The location is great: the apartment overlooks the farm fields of the U of M campus and is within a mile of Rosedale with plenty of shops restaurants. The community space is beautiful. Know that The Hendrickson is a senior apartment building only, with no activities or dining room. But the building was brand new and beautiful. So if that's all you need, just an apartment with nothing else, I give them a 4 out of 5 rating based on my tour.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a good tour but it had very limited and small parking.

The community is a beautiful place and the staff is very friendly and nice. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.
